Half an hour on hold to HMRC... again.
Second time I’ve had to call Revenue and Customs because they have sent me 3 wrong tax codes for 2 wrong jobs. Seriously, is it that difficult to get this right? It’s your job, you’ve been doing it for years, sort it out. So what if I’ve had 5 jobs since August? Think of it as a challenge.

So my boyfriend introduced me to the world of Steam a few months back and the first game I bought was Myst because let’s be honest, it’s fucking awesome. I have to admit that I bought the whole GTA collection as well, just because it was on sale.

Bulgaria.
So me and my best friend Charlotte, who I’ve known for 15 years give or take, decided it was about time we had a girly holiday. We went shopping and found the perfect one: a week in Bulgaria with as much snow as we wanted, a 4 star hotel and lots of cheap alcohol. It was better than I expected! WatchSo… Here is my first attempt at a time-lapse video! Who knew it was so easy. My GoPro takes a photo every 2 seconds, Windows Movie Maker adds them together. Voila. Time lapse. I tried it out while eating fish and chips by the sea, this was only 83 photos, I shall try a longer one tomorrow :)

2011 - an amazing year

Happy New Year!
This time last year was my last shift at my old job before I set off on my Asian adventure. The year before I was partying in the sun on a beach in New Zealand. The last two years have been so incredible. I’ve seen things others can only imagine, I’ve done things I never thought I could, I’ve met some of the most amazing people and I can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Update on the accident...
Did I mention the woman who hit me and drove off leaving me with a fake name and number is best friends with someone I work with? That someone gave me her number, I called her - using her real name - she panicked and hung up on me. Just 30 seconds later an unknown number calls my phone and guess who it is… the woman who hit me, using her fake name. She says she will give me money....
